The SMS SOLUTIONS system enables you to enter a maximum 11 alphanumeric characters in the Sender ID field.
This can be a great way to develop brand identity in your campaigns. It can be a powerful marketing tool to have the text message appearing to come from your company name. This will increase the recipient's confidence and therefore teh open rate.

Templates & Personalisation

Building and maintaining a list of clients and leads is the most effective way to generate continuous business. 
When a Keyword is received it acts as a trigger to activate different functions within the SMS system. Most commonly a Reply is sent back to the sender.

Staggerred Sending

Set-up a Sequence of SMS messages to go out at pre-determined intervals. 
The starting day for the sequence to commence can be different for all of the participants which means somone might be automatically getting their 20th message on the same day someone else is getting their fifth or their first message.

Opt Out Management
For both Customer Service and Legal reasons it is important to ensure 'Opt Outs' are managed professionally.

Every marketing message must include advice about how someone can Opt Out from receiving any further SMS's. This is mandated by law but is also important to respond to customer perferences.
If your SMS Account receives a reply of Stop, End, Unsubscribe or several other options that mobile number is kept and 'flagged' to ensure they will not receive any further SMS mesages from your Account.
