
Keywords and Auto responses
SMS keywords can be used to create automatic rules for processing incoming text messages – including auto-replies and adding new subscribers to lists.
Building and maintaining a list of clients and leads is the most effective way to generate continuous business.
When a Keyword is received it acts as a trigger to activate different functions within the SMS system. Most commonly a Reply is sent back to the sender, perhaps such as: "Welcome to our VIP Club", "Thanks for entering the competition", or "Thanks for confirming your appointment"
Other actions include: forwarding the inbound message as an email or SMS message; adding to a Group; scheduling a follow-up message; checking competition parameters; and more.

Send back an immediate response message.

Schedule a follow-up message to go back at a later date - perhaps in 10 days.

Check if the Keyword received is the 'correct' answer in a competition and if not send back a different reply.

Limit the number of times an individual can send in that Keyword.

Forward the Inbound message as an email or SMS, e.g. to your admin or your Sales Manager.

Add the Sender to a particular Group for later messages.
