Send Personalised SMS Messages

Increase response rates by making your SMS messages more personal.

Add 'Fields' to your SMS messages for our SMS software to merge the personal data into those fields as the campaign is going out. Including a person's first name at the start of a message is proven to increase response rates significantly.
Use fields to include other information such as appointment times, dollar amounts, addresses, or anything really.
You can also set-up Template messages if you are sending the same message frequently, for example if reminding people of overdue invoices.
