Email File to SMS

Email a data file directly to your SMS Account to immediately send out text messages.

Export a data file from your current system and simply email the file directly to your SMS Account. The data in the file is extracted and merged with a Template message you have set up and all of the phone numbers in the data file will immediately get that message.
You can set-up as many different Template messages as you need and specify which one to use in the email. This can be particularly useful for regular messages that need to fo out to a different set of recipients each time. For example overdue Payment Reminders or appointment reminders.

The data file can include multiple columns/fields which then merge with the appropriate Template message - e.g. the amount overdue, the number of days late, or the appointment time and date.
Unused columns or information in your data file will simply be ignored, so no need to develop a specific 'clean' report.
