Send SMS directly to one person or many recipients from your email without any software or any help from your IT Support. Using Email to SMS you can send SMS messages using your preferred email service. All replies for these messages sent can be routed back to the sender’s email inbox. By using this feature, you don’t have to log-in to the main SMS platform to send / receive messages.

There are 4 ways that Email to Text can be utilised, as follows:

• Using email to send individual & group adhoc messages. Replies can be directed back to email.

• Email a file containing numbers, names & any other info to a 'Template message'. The system unpacks the file and sends out each of the merged messages. You can have as many Templates as required.

• Just email the message you want sent out with an attached file containing all the numbers you want that message to go to.

• Email a file to update your database. This could be an auto email from your system every night. The next day our system would run a 'date triggered' message checking for any contact that requires a certain message that day. The overnight update would be referenced and the correct messages sent.
